Kenneth F. Neuman:

Kenneth F. Neuman specializes in complex commercial litigation and business consulting, with a focus on corporate, real estate/construction and contract disputes. He has more than 22 years of experience in the courtroom and has obtained multiple verdicts and arbitration awards in excess of one million dollars, including a recent judgment against General Motors for $11.1 million on a breach of contract action. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Neuman is a registered Certified Public Accountant and spent several years practicing with one of the “Big Eight” accounting firms prior to beginning his legal career.

Mr. Neuman is a 1983 graduate of Michigan State University and a 1986 graduate of the Wayne State University School of Law. A frequent speaker at the continuing education seminars of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants on litigation and expert witness related matters, he is also a current member of the executive counsel of the Michigan Association of Home Builders Remodelers.

Recognized by Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top attorneys in Michigan, he is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, American Association of Attorneys and CPA’s, Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and the Oakland County Case Evaluation Panel.

Leif K. Anderson specializes in complex commercial litigation, with a focus on business, corporate and construction disputes. He has more than 11 years of legal experience specializing in the areas of commercial litigation, corporate litigation, business law, bankruptcy, appellate work, personal injury, torts and criminal law.

Mr. Anderson is a 1992 graduate of Western Michigan University and a 1997 cum laude graduate of the Wayne State University School of Law.

Mr. Anderson is licensed to practice in all Michigan state and federal courts. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and Oakland County Bar Association.

Brian D. Young:

Brian D. Young has developed niche-oriented legal specializations in commercial litigation, bankruptcy law and debtor-creditor rights.

He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and a cum laude graduate of the Wayne State University School of Law.

While in law school, Mr. Young served as an intern with the Honorable Walter Shapero, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan, and with the Honorable Amy P. Hathaway of the Wayne County Circuit Court. He also served as Note and Comment Editor of the Wayne Law Review.

A member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association, Mr. Young’s recent publications include: “The Michigan Whistleblowers’ Protection Act: A Look at the Statute and Proposed Modification,” 46 Wayne Law Review 1691 (2000).
