Kenneth F. Neuman specializes in complex commercial litigation and business consulting, with a focus on corporate, real estate and construction, accounting and forensic issues, and contract disputes. He has more than 25 years of experience in the courtroom and has obtained multiple verdicts and arbitration awards in excess of one million dollars—including an $11 million breach of contract action judgment and a three million dollar judgment in a suit involving a civil fraud case. He has been named a Michigan Super Lawyer four consecutive years and a dbusiness magazine Top Lawyer.
Mr. Neuman is a registered Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and spent several years practicing with one of the “big eight” accounting firms prior to beginning his legal career. He is a 1983 graduate of Michigan State University and a 1986 graduate of the Wayne State University School of Law.
A frequent speaker at the continuing education seminars of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accounts on litigation and expert witness related matters, he is also a current member of the Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA), State Bar of Michigan, Michigan Association for Justice and American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants.
In his spare time, Mr. Neuman has done volunteer work as a part of the OCBA Pro Bono Mentor Match Program, providing guidance to new lawyers. Jennifer M. Grieco concentrates her practice in the area of complex commercial litigation. Her experience encompasses a broad range of commercial disputes with a particular emphasis on business tort claims including professional malpractice, contract claims, construction litigation and coverage claims.
Ms. Grieco possesses more than 14 years of trial experience and has been awarded multiple high-profile verdicts including $925,000 by a jury for a single plaintiff against an apartment complex, a $750,000 arbitration award against a builder and a $375,000 jury verdict including exemplary damages against a builder after prevailing on claims of fraud. She has also been granted summary judgment/disposition on numerous occasions in favor of her clients as both the plaintiff and the defendant, some of which were obtained before or with only limited discovery.
Ms. Grieco is a 1993 graduate of the University of Toledo and a 1997 cum laude and order of the coif graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law, where she served as Note and Comment Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review.
Routinely recognized for her accomplishments and contributions to the legal profession, Ms. Grieco was named one of only five Up & Coming Lawyers for 2004 by Michigan Lawyers Weekly. She previously served as President of the Oakland County Region of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan from 2003-2004.

Stephen McKenney specializes in complex commercial litigation. He has more than 10 years of extensive experience—including representing clients in breach of contract cases, partnership and shareholder disputes, and interference with contract cases, as well as creditors’ rights litigation, banking litigation, legal malpractice, real estate litigation, including title disputes, and probate litigation. With experience in all facets of receivership disputes, Mr. McKenney has obtained multiple verdicts and arbitration awards—including a $4.9 million judgment in a breach of contract dispute.
After serving as a law clerk in 2002-2003 for the Honorable James C. Cacheris—Senior United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia—Mr. McKenney practiced privately until joining Neuman Anderson. He has served as lead trial counsel in numerous civil cases, with substantial trial experience in both state and federal courts.
Mr. McKenney is a 1999 graduate of John Carroll University and a 2002 graduate of Michigan State University College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Litigation Section and is licensed to practice in the state courts in Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States Tax Court.
In his spare time, Mr. McKenney enjoys distance running. He is also a member of Saint Columban Catholic Church and has served as Parish Council Chair since 2009.
